As a Senior Route Salesman, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our success by maximizing sales volume, minimizing waste, and maintaining high customer service standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Selling our full range of products to an agreed list of customers, achieving sales targets and minimizing stock levels.
• Providing exceptional customer service, adhering to approved call frequencies and daily route plans.
• Maintaining your sales vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition, conducting daily and weekly vehicle checks.
• Planning and agreeing your order requirements for the next selling period.
• Implementing agreed in-store merchandising standards and communicating any relevant competitor activity to your supervisor.
• Daily reconciliation of all cheques, cash, and credit sales, ensuring zero stock and cash shortages.
