The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to collaborate closely with our Marketing & Design Lead. Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of paid marketing campaigns, contributing to copywriting, performance tracking, and result analysis to optimize outreach and conversions.
• Visual & Multimedia Production: Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visuals, short-form videos, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Email & Webinar Campaigns: Draft and refine email marketing campaigns and webinar content to nurture leads and foster community engagement within the healthcare sector.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, transforming raw data into actionable insights to inform future strategies and improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a fresh graduate with a background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Bilingual Proficiency: Exceptional writing skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and culturally relevant content.
• Digital Savviness: A strong understanding of social media platforms and a keen interest in mastering advertising tools to maximize reach and engagement.
• Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrates initiative, and is unafraid to seek guidance when needed.
• Bonus Qualifications: Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Figma, or a genuine interest in the healthcare industry, will be considered advantageous.
