We are seeking a seasoned Information Technology Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, and demonstrate proficiency in both English and Arabic.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional technical support to our system users, ensuring the smooth operation of our digital infrastructure. This involves:

• Managing and maintaining computers, networks, and printers
• Working with various operating systems, including Windows and Office 365
• Monitoring and promptly resolving technical issues
• Adhering to stringent information security policies and backup procedures
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet technology requirements
• Staying updated with emerging IT tools, platforms, and best practices
• Acting as the primary point of contact with external service providers
• Purchasing IT equipment and managing other technical needs
• Setting up devices and access permissions for new employees, and managing offboarding employees

In addition to these technical skills, we value strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. This role also involves assisting in IT projects and system upgrades, and preparing periodic IT reports to highlight system performance, issues, and improvements.
