Head of Operations - Invygo

Invygo, MENA's leading car subscription and 'Subscribe to Own' platform, is seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to drive operational excellence across KSA and UAE. Our platform enables customers to access cars through an app, with no banks, no down payments, and total flexibility.

The Head of Operations will own the end-to-end operational performance, ensuring the right car is ready on time, maintained well, and paid for reliably. Based in Riyadh, this role leads distributed teams across both markets and is accountable for core operational KPIs that determine speed, reliability, and cash health.

• Handover & Fulfilment: Own OTIF (On-Time, In-Full handover), drive acceptance rate and duration, maximize car upload and live-inventory readiness, and eliminate handover delays.
• Fleet Service & Maintenance: Own SMA scheduling, drive SMA rating and service quality, manage vehicle readiness, and redeploy returned cars.
• Collections & Recovery: Own collection performance, lead force collection and recovery, and reduce overdue and aging balances.
• Operational Excellence & Reporting: Own daily operational dashboards, standardize processes and SLAs, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply & Partnerships, Finance, Product, Engineering, Data, and CX to align on goals and improve operational visibility.
• People & Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor high-performing operations teams, set clear targets, and foster a data-driven culture.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in operations, fleet, logistics, last-mile, mobility, or marketplace operations, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record owning hard operational KPIs (on-time delivery/handover, SLA adherence, utilization).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Experience leading and managing high-performing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
