About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming organizational data into actionable insights. This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional who excels in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), developing dynamic Power BI dashboards, and supporting executive decision-making through data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities

The Data Analyst will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks that contribute to the organization’s strategic goals and operational efficiency. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on organizational KPIs and performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Power BI and Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions. Create visually compelling data visualizations that enable stakeholders to interpret complex data with ease. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across all reporting platforms.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions and present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
• Risk Management Support: Assist in the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational and organizational risks. Prepare risk reports and dashboards for management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Monitor risk indicators to proactively address potential issues.
• Executive Management Support: Develop executive dashboards and management reports that provide real-time insights into strategic initiatives and performance indicators. Prepare analytical materials and presentations for leadership meetings to facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field such as Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science. Advanced degrees or certifications in data analytics or business intelligence are considered an asset.
• Professional Experience: Prior experience in Business Intelligence, Performance Management, or Data Analytics is highly preferred. A proven track record in developing dashboards, analyzing data, and supporting executive decision-making is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, particularly in dashboard design and reporting. Strong knowledge of KPI development, performance measurement frameworks, and data visualization best practices.
• Analytical and Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• Problem-Solving and Collaboration: A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Experience in risk management and compliance monitoring is a plus.
