Project Engineer (Mechanical)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer (Mechanical) to join a leading PIF-backed manufacturing organization in Saudi Arabia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate mechanical project activities from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.

• Lead and coordinate mechanical project activities from planning through execution and commissioning.
• Manage installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of heavy equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Support mechanical and basic electrical activities during project execution.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, presentations, and progress updates.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team development initiatives.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a proven track record of 3-4 years' experience working with heavy equipment or industrial machinery, preferably involving hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Strong project management, coordination, and documentation skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to coordinate basic electrical aspects during projects.

Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required, along with excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
