Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned healthcare domain expert to collaborate on the evaluation and enhancement of an existing Target Enterprise Architecture and Digital Blueprints for a prominent government health authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Riyadh, with an initial duration of one month and the potential for extension, commencing at the earliest convenience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert insights to review and refine the current Target Enterprise Architecture and Digital Blueprints for a leading government health authority.
• Leverage deep healthcare sector knowledge to ensure alignment with operational, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, business architecture development, and operating model optimization within the healthcare domain.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of enterprise architecture deliverables, including business capability models, governance frameworks, and digital blueprints.
• Engage with stakeholders across various levels to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the development of healthcare strategies, digital health initiatives, and AI-enabled solutions where applicable.

Qualifications and Experience

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess 3 to 10 years of professional experience within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrate prior experience working within the Saudi healthcare ecosystem, with a strong understanding of its operational, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Showcase expertise in healthcare service delivery, digital transformation, business architecture, or operating model initiatives.
• Have a solid grasp of Enterprise Architecture principles, particularly Business Architecture and Capability-Based Planning.
• Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills to drive alignment and consensus.
• Be fluent in both Arabic and English, with Arabic being a mandatory requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following experience will be considered advantageous:

• Prior collaboration with key entities such as the Ministry of Health (MoH), Health Holding Company, NUPCO, Council of Health Insurance, Saudi Health Council, Seha Virtual Hospital, or other major government and private healthcare providers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Background in government transformation initiatives, healthcare strategy formulation, digital health implementation, or AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
• Hands-on exposure to enterprise architecture deliverables, including business capability models, operating models, governance frameworks, and digital blueprints.
