Job Summary: Provide physiotherapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on assessing, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions to restore or improve patients' physical function, mobility, and quality of life. Collaborate with the healthcare team, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate promptly with the operations team regarding patient care needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including range of motion, strength, balance, and functional status.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret medical history, imaging studies, and other relevant information to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Apply various physiotherapy interventions, ensuring patient comfort and safety in a home setting.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies.
• Utilize assistive devices and adaptive equipment to facilitate mobility and independence.
• Administer rehabilitative exercises and activities to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.
• Perform manual therapy techniques to reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Assess and manage pain using various modalities and educate patients on pain management strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive pain management plans and escalate clinical concerns promptly.
• Provide guidance on home exercises, activity modification, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and prevent recurrence.
• Address patients' questions and concerns, and empower them to actively participate in their rehabilitation process.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and detailed patient records, including attendance sheets and progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and patient confidentiality regulations during home visits.
• Notify the operations team in a timely manner if a patient's care plan requires renewal or discontinuation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Professional Qualifications:

• Education Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, or a related field.
• Years of Experience: Up to 2 years of experience within a related field.
