Trade Marketing & Distribution Representative

Role & Objectives

The Trade Marketing & Distribution Representative is responsible for executing the KSA operational plan within assigned territories to deliver trade marketing, distribution, and brand objectives within trade channels and key accounts. This role encourages Saudi nationals to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned territory to maximize business opportunities
• Ensure effective implementation of cycle plan activities
• Provide accurate and timely trade marketing information and reports, including Area Summary File, TMU, Reconciliation, Competitor reports, and ongoing surveys
• Establish strong trade relationships to maximize volume and in-store presence within agreed budgets
• Implement and provide feedback on trade incentive schemes
• Maximize in-store visibility and awareness for ALFAKHER brands through TM&D tools
• Collaborate with distributor sales force to minimize OOS situations and maximize distribution opportunities
• Meet TM&D KPIs and ensure continuous product quality, freshness, and availability
• Implement merchandising activities to maintain in-store furniture in clean working condition and comply with agreed planogram
• Ensure efficient use of trade marketing resources and maintain TMR stock floats and reconciliation

Qualifications

• Preference for bi-lingual graduates
• 0-2 years' experience as a merchandiser or trade marketing representative in another FMCG company
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Ability to work unsupervised and drive with a valid driver's license
