We are currently seeking a motivated Physiotherapist (80-100%) to join our team immediately or by mutual agreement.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to both inpatients and outpatients with a high degree of independence and accountability. Your duties will include:
- Patient Care: Conducting individualized assessments and treatments to support recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.
- Group Therapy: Leading and facilitating group therapy sessions to enhance patient outcomes and foster a collaborative healing environment.
- Rehabilitation Programs: Actively contributing to multidisciplinary rehabilitation initiatives to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Mentorship: Providing guidance and support to physiotherapy students, fostering their professional development through hands-on learning and clinical supervision.
- Project Engagement: Participating in internal projects to drive innovation, improve processes, and enhance service delivery within the department.
Your Profile
To excel in this position, you should meet the following qualifications and attributes:
- Education & Experience: A completed degree in Physiotherapy, with preferably several years of professional experience in a clinical setting.
- Specialized Knowledge: Ideally, you possess additional training or experience in outpatient rehabilitation, particularly in areas such as pneumology, cardiology, or oncology.
- Student Supervision: Proven experience in mentoring and supporting physiotherapy students, ensuring their growth and competence in clinical practice.
