PulseMediaNL, a dynamic digital media and data solutions company, is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our expanding remote team across the MENA region. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across multiple systems and platforms. This position offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available to accommodate different schedules.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed
• Verify and validate data to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity
• Organize and maintain digital files and records
• Perform regular data quality checks and audits
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies
• Follow data entry procedures, guidelines, and confidentiality policies
• Generate reports and summaries based on entered data when required

We are looking for candidates with proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role, along with excellent typing speed and accuracy, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace is essential, along with a basic understanding of data management systems.

As a remote team member, you should be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a reliable internet connection with a suitable remote work setup. Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms are also crucial.

Preferred qualifications include experience working remotely in a distributed team, familiarity with CRM systems or database tools, basic knowledge of data privacy and security practices, and multilingual abilities (Arabic and English preferred in the MENA region).
