About the Role

  • Based in Riyadh, KSA, you will support Cigna Healthcare's talent acquisition efforts across various functions and levels, primarily in Riyadh, with additional support for international markets like Kenya.
  • You will work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, requiring ownership, adaptability, and strong stakeholder management skills to deliver successful hiring outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs and shape recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across different levels, with a focus on Riyadh and additional support for international markets.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Share market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions and future talent needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple countries to support current and future hiring requirements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR roles in a multinational or healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of the KSA talent landscape and recruitment practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and communicate effectively.
