As a Representative, Customer Care, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high customer satisfaction levels. You'll manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. Your Role

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Handle complaints and find effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide technical support and assist customers with app usage
• Track order status and address any delivery issues
• Manage customer accounts and provide guidance on app usage
• Achieve performance objectives and contribute to service improvements
• Collaborate with technical, shipping, and marketing teams to resolve issues
• Prepare performance reports and document customer interactions

What We're Looking For

We seek candidates with:

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in delivery apps or tech industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software
• The ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently
• Strong multitasking abilities
