Store Manager - Massimo Dutti

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager for our Massimo Dutti location to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance and operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, including sales strategy execution, staff development, inventory control, and brand representation. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering customer loyalty, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring the store operates at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Performance Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed profitability targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess store performance and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with regional leadership to align store objectives with broader business goals.
• Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing team of retail professionals. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and create tailored development plans to enhance employee productivity and engagement. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
• Customer Experience Excellence: Champion a customer-centric approach by ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and sophistication. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to build long-term loyalty and satisfaction. Implement strategies to attract new customers while retaining existing ones through personalized service and engagement initiatives.
• Store Operations and Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized store environment that aligns with Massimo Dutti’s premium brand standards. Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise to meet customer demand. Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines to create an immersive shopping experience.
• Operational Compliance: Uphold company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols. Monitor store security measures and implement best practices to minimize shrinkage and ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a blend of retail management experience, leadership acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of two years of progressive store management experience in a retail environment is essential, with a preference for candidates with a background in luxury or fashion retail.
