About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence, strategic decision-making, and operational efficiency. The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust financial health and sustainable growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing financial models, conducting detailed financial analyses, and providing actionable insights to optimize profitability and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with organizational objectives. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial standards and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Analysis & Modeling: Create and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives. Provide data-driven recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with senior management to formulate long-term financial strategies, including capital allocation, investment opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives. Contribute to the development of strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Variance Analysis & Reporting: Conduct thorough variance analysis to reconcile actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and transparency in financial communications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as operations, sales, and procurement to align financial goals with business objectives. Facilitate budgeting processes and provide financial guidance to non-financial teams to foster a culture of financial accountability.
• Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and implement best practices in financial management. Leverage technology and advanced tools to improve efficiency and scalability in financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (including advanced functions and macros), and financial software systems. Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex financial data, identify key insights, and translate them into strategic recommendations. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address financial challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Experience in preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in the construction or contracting industry is advantageous, as it provides valuable insights into the unique financial dynamics of these sectors. However, candidates from other industries with transferable skills are also encouraged to apply.
