We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is exclusively for Saudi nationals and offers an exciting opportunity to grow within our thriving Services division.

As the Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of our internal controls, risk management processes, and governance. You will work closely with senior management to ensure that our organization's objectives are achieved and that risks are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing the annual internal audit plan.
• Conducting risk assessments and internal audits in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors' International Standards.
• Reporting audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Monitoring the progress of corrective actions and follow-up on audit recommendations.
• Providing advisory services and guidance on internal controls and risk management.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
