E-Learning Quality Assurance Specialist

Müller's Solutions is seeking a meticulous and dedicated E-Learning Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our e-learning products, contributing to the creation of engaging and impactful learning experiences.

You will collaborate closely with our instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts to evaluate the usability, functionality, and overall quality of our e-learning content. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Thoroughly reviewing e-learning modules for accuracy and alignment with established learning objectives
• Conducting usability testing and providing feedback on the learner experience, ensuring it is intuitive and seamless
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects or inconsistencies in e-learning content
• Working alongside instructional designers to improve content based on testing and feedback
• Performing compatibility checks across various devices, browsers, and learning management systems (LMS)
• Establishing and maintaining quality assurance standards and protocols for e-learning development
• Offering training and support to team members regarding quality assurance processes
• Staying updated on the latest trends in e-learning and quality assurance methodologies

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related area
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or testing within the e-learning or digital education sector
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and familiarity with SCORM/AICC standards
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning strategies
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with user experience (UX) testing is an added advantage
