Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the following areas:

• Project Leadership and Oversight: Lead infrastructure projects through all phases, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies, while maintaining strict adherence to approved timelines and financial parameters.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure collaborative project delivery.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track project milestones, performance metrics, and financial health, providing regular status updates, risk assessments, and actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks, assess their impact, and implement robust mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
• Documentation and Compliance: Oversee the preparation, review, and management of technical documents, engineering drawings, contracts, and project deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Government and Regulatory Engagement: Manage project submissions, approvals, and follow-ups through government platforms, ensuring timely compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating project management methodologies, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing best practices to enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of hands-on project management experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in managing project schedules, budgets, and diverse stakeholder groups, with a preference for candidates experienced in government project approval processes.
• Certifications: PMP certification is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD is beneficial for effective project planning and execution.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities, with the capacity to drive projects forward under pressure.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for effective communication with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
