We are partnering with Ameera Talent Solutions to identify a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a leading and rapidly expanding consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Strategic Leadership and Growth Accountabilities

The CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s long-term strategic vision, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability across Saudi Arabia and the broader region. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Direction: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company’s vision, including market expansion, service diversification, and innovation initiatives.
• Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial aspects of the business, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow optimisation, and long-term financial planning to drive profitability and shareholder value.
• IPO Readiness: Lead the organisation’s preparation for an IPO, ensuring operational, financial, and governance frameworks are investor-ready and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Executive Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Corporate Governance: Strengthen governance structures, compliance frameworks, and risk management systems to uphold organisational integrity and regulatory adherence.
• Business Transformation: Drive continuous improvement through strategic transformation initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors, shareholders, government entities, investors, strategic partners, and key clients to support business objectives.
• Board Reporting: Provide strategic updates to the Board, ensuring alignment on commercial and financial goals while demonstrating transparent and accountable leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek an accomplished executive with a distinguished track record in consulting, advisory, or professional services, capable of leading an organisation through significant growth and transformation. The successful candidate will possess:

• Executive Experience: A proven background as a CEO, Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer (COO), General Manager, or Business Unit Director within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance.
• Strategic Acumen: Extensive experience in developing and executing business strategies that deliver sustainable commercial growth and competitive advantage.
• Financial Expertise: Strong commercial and financial management skills, with deep experience in P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business planning.
• Governance and Compliance: A solid understanding of corporate governance, Board reporting, executive decision-making, and organisational accountability in complex environments.
• Transformation Leadership: Proven experience in leading business transformation, organisational change, and scalability initiatives in dynamic markets.
• Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence Boards, investors, government stakeholders, and executive teams.
• IPO and Investment Readiness: Prior experience preparing organisations for IPOs, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, or major corporate restructuring is highly advantageous.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective leadership and engagement across all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders.
