We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to oversee the leasing of residential units within our complex. This role is pivotal in achieving our complex's financial and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in leasing, real estate sales, or property management.

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to attract tenants, organizing unit tours, preparing and reviewing lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and communicating effectively with potential and current tenants. They will also monitor rent collection and payments, address any delays, and prepare periodic reports on financial and marketing performance. Additionally, the role involves submitting proposals to improve revenue and operations.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or property management systems are highly desirable. Strong communication, reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
