Key Responsibilities

• Leasing Cycle Management: Oversee the complete leasing process, from marketing available units to finalizing lease agreements and property handover, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both landlords and tenants.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote properties across multiple channels, including online platforms, broker networks, and industry exhibitions, to attract potential tenants and maximize visibility.
• Client Engagement and Negotiation: Handle all client interactions, including responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting property viewings, negotiating lease terms, and executing contracts with professionalism and precision.
• Contract and Financial Oversight: Monitor lease contracts, track renewal deadlines, and coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely rent collection and adherence to payment schedules.
• Compliance and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, update leasing databases, and ensure full compliance with local leasing regulations and company policies. Prepare detailed reports to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs promptly and proactively to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Leasing Specialist or in a comparable real estate role, with a track record of successfully managing leasing operations.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of leasing regulations, contract management, and property management best practices.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Organizational Abilities: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with leasing management software to streamline operations and reporting.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred to cater to a diverse client base.
