As a Senior Planning Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless logistics and warehouse operations by aligning resources, optimizing planning processes, and leveraging advanced digital tools to drive performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Resource Alignment: Ensure all resources—human, material, and technological—are optimally aligned to support Transport and Warehousing operations. Develop and execute comprehensive planning strategies to maintain operational continuity and efficiency.
• Digital System Management: Oversee and monitor critical digital platforms including SAP Maintenance, SAP Fiori, Yard Management System (YMS), SAP Transportation Management (TM), and Transportation Management System (TMS). Maintain accurate and up-to-date planning schedules, particularly for reefer (refrigerated) transport plans.
• Daily Operations Oversight: Track and analyze daily warehouse movements, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce inefficiencies. Plan and execute additional material transfers as required to support production and distribution demands.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Production, Transport, and Yard teams to synchronize backload and de-stuffing activities. Facilitate seamless communication and resource sharing to enhance operational agility and responsiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between Inventory, Warehouse, Depot Logistics, and Supply Planning teams. Provide clear, actionable insights and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Hold a Diploma qualification in a relevant field such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Language Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Professional Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar planning or logistics environment, preferably within the FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
• Analytical & Reporting Skills: Exhibit strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to interpret data, generate meaningful reports, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
