Tanfeeth Program Manager

The Tanfeeth Program Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all activities related to the Tanfeeth program. This includes ensuring timely delivery, maintaining high-quality processes, and supporting the program's strategic goals. The role involves managing case closures, communicating with SAMA, and monitoring technical issues.

• Manage Tanfeeth program activities, ensuring adherence to program guidelines.
• Complete Tanfeeth alerts within SAMA's required turnaround times and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate with SAMA regarding case actions and technical issues related to the Tanfeeth system or WatheegEdge.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address requirements and dependencies related to Tanfeeth alerts.
• Maintain accurate records of Tanfeeth-related activities, including alerts, escalations, and resolutions.
• Handle requests and monitor activities in the Tanfeeth Portal and SAMA Net Portal, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Manage requests in the Watheqedge System and follow up with impacted areas for prompt resolution.
• Discuss and manage SAMA Net cases with SAMA to ensure timely closure.
• Support compliance-related requests and ensure they are addressed promptly and in compliance with regulations.
• Limit risk exposure by ensuring timely execution of Tanfeeth and SAMA Net instructions.
• Escalate potential issues to the Head of Tanfeeth that may impact SAMA requirements or case responses.
• Monitor Tanfeeth and SAMA Net Dashboards 24/7 and escalate abnormal case traffic.
• Provide on-job training and monitor performance of newly joined Tanfeeth staff.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the line manager.
• Enforce and comply with necessary controls and information security policies.

Candidates should possess a tertiary-level qualification, 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar domain, strong technical skills, and a proven ability to deliver on difficult tasks. They should also demonstrate intellectual curiosity, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
