Key Responsibilities

The Program Manager will be entrusted with the following core accountabilities:

• Program Leadership & Governance: Lead and govern multiple interrelated Software, ERP, SAP, and Oracle projects within a strategic program portfolio. Define and execute the program roadmap, governance frameworks, integrated master plans, and release/cutover strategies to ensure cohesive and timely delivery.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Oversee cross-project planning, dependency management, resource allocation, and financial performance. Monitor quality benchmarks, delivery milestones, and benefits realization to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Financial & Commercial Oversight: Manage program budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance, including revenue milestones and portfolio health. Ensure fiscal responsibility while maximizing return on investment through strategic resource allocation.
• Stakeholder & Executive Engagement: Lead executive steering committees, governance forums, and strategic decision-making processes. Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and system integrators to align objectives and foster collaborative execution.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks while resolving escalated issues. Implement robust dependency controls, change management protocols, and program recovery strategies to safeguard project continuity and success.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to governance standards, contractual obligations, information security protocols, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations. Uphold delivery controls and best practices to maintain operational integrity and compliance.
• Team Development & Mentorship: Coach Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, fostering a culture of PMO excellence, delivery best practices, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as PgMP, PMP, SAP Activate, Oracle Cloud/ERP, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 are highly advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of nine years in IT, Software Delivery, ERP, SAP, Oracle, or Enterprise Program Management, with a demonstrated ability to lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs or portfolios of related projects.
• Technical & Functional Skills:
  • Expertise in Enterprise Program & Portfolio Management, Software Delivery, and ERP Program Governance.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle transformation programs, including SDLC, ERP implementation lifecycles, and release/cutover governance.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and benefits realization strategies.
  • Strong capabilities in risk, issue, change, and escalation management, as well as vendor and system integrator management.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies, along with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of information security, audit readiness, compliance frameworks, and governance standards such as SAMA/NCA is a plus.
