Role Overview

In this dynamic and strategic role, you will be an integral part of our high-performing commercial team, contributing to the enhancement of product competitiveness and availability across a designated portfolio of hotels. Your responsibilities will center on optimizing contracting conditions, leveraging data-driven insights, and cultivating robust supplier relationships to maximize performance and revenue potential. Key Responsibilities

• Contract Optimization: Lead the renegotiation of contracting conditions with hotel partners to secure the most favorable terms, including availability, promotional offers, and best available rates. Ensure meticulous system loading and maintain strong commercial positioning to drive competitive advantage.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize company dashboards and advanced data insights to identify opportunities, prioritize actions, and enhance product performance across your assigned portfolio.
• Supplier Engagement: Proactively source new offers and additional availability directly from suppliers, ensuring seamless integration into our systems and alignment with commercial objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Contracting Manager to share critical insights, align strategies, and streamline operational processes for maximum efficiency and impact.
• Relationship Management: Maintain proactive and consistent communication with assigned hotel partners to strengthen relationships, address performance gaps, and foster long-term partnerships built on trust and mutual growth.
