Financial Planning & Modeling Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical professional to join our Finance team as a Financial Planning & Modeling Analyst. This role is responsible for developing financial models, conducting feasibility studies, preparing budgets and forecasts, and supporting investment decisions across large-scale real estate and development projects.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Finance, Development, Investments, Treasury, Asset Management, and Executive Management to deliver financial insights that support strategic growth and value creation.

• Develop and maintain financial models for real estate development projects.
• Prepare project feasibility studies and investment evaluations.
• Perform DCF valuations, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analyses.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning.
• Analyze project cash flows, profitability, and funding requirements.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
• Support investment, acquisition, and asset performance analysis.
• Assist with treasury planning, financing, and lender reporting.
• Utilize ERP systems and Power BI to improve financial reporting and analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Financial Modeling, Investment Analysis, or Real Estate Finance.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility studies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, REITs, Investment Firms, or Private Equity Real Estate.
• Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, SOCPA, or FMVA are highly desirable.
• Experience with Power BI and financial reporting tools.
