IT Support Specialist - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Al Farabi Medical Company is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure across our medical facilities, providing exceptional technical support, and maintaining our IT systems.

• Provide first-line technical support to users across all departments.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, and system access permissions.
• Monitor and maintain network devices, internet connectivity, and shared resources.
• Support biometric attendance devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and system backups.
• Coordinate with external vendors as required.
• Document technical issues and maintain IT support records.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or Help Desk.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Experience with Active Directory is preferred.
• Familiarity with antivirus solutions and endpoint security.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred qualifications include experience in the healthcare or medical sector and relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
