Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity Identification and Qualification: Research, evaluate, and qualify potential business partners and vendors to align with Wafy’s strategic objectives and market demands.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with industry stakeholders, including entertainment providers, tourism agencies, hospitality partners, and lifestyle brands, to drive collaborative growth.
• Pipeline Development: Work closely with the commercial team to cultivate and sustain a high-quality pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of potential partnerships and revenue streams.
• Industry Representation: Represent Wafy at conferences, trade shows, and networking events, effectively communicating our value proposition and fostering new connections.
• Market Insights and Strategy: Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic initiatives that enhance Wafy’s market position.
• CRM Utilization: Leverage customer relationship management systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to track interactions, manage leads, and optimize business development processes.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Experience: A minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within Saudi Arabia, with a proven track record of driving growth and forging partnerships.
• Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and a keen ability to leverage data to inform business development strategies.
• Personal Attributes: A highly organized, proactive, and persistent approach with a strong focus on follow-up and execution. Your ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment will be essential.
