Join Our Talent Acquisition Team as an IT Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a seasoned IT Technical Recruiter to play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition team. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to hiring top technical talent that aligns with our organizational needs.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs.
• Leverage innovative sourcing techniques and channels to identify and engage top candidates.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through comprehensive screening.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring technical roles.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure hiring progress is on target.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a proven track record in the GCC region, particularly Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and current market trends in the GCC.
• Hands-on experience recruiting for the KSA market, with knowledge of local hiring practices, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation, offer management, and candidate closing skills.
• Experience working with clients or hiring managers across the GCC region is highly preferred.
