Role Overview

As a Content Creator at Bayut, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s narrative by developing compelling content that highlights our mission, our valued clients, and the dynamic real estate market. Your primary responsibility will be to produce engaging video content that resonates with Bayut’s brand identity, driving audience engagement across social media platforms. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and staying ahead of industry trends, you will contribute to positioning Bayut as a thought leader in the Saudi digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand-Centric Content Development: Design and execute content strategies that strengthen Bayut’s brand presence and enhance its public image on social media platforms.
• High-Impact Visual and Video Production: Create visually stunning and informative videos that showcase properties, lifestyle trends, and key insights within the real estate sector.
• Platform-Specific Content Tailoring: Adapt content to suit various social media channels while maintaining consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure content aligns seamlessly with broader campaigns and organizational objectives.
• Trend-Driven Content Strategy: Stay abreast of emerging real estate and digital marketing trends to produce content that remains relevant, engaging, and ahead of the curve.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor content performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to refine and enhance future content strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Certification in digital marketing, content creation, or SEO (a strong plus).
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in content creation, with a preference for roles within the real estate, lifestyle, or related industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in producing high-quality written, visual, and video content.
• Proven experience in managing content across social media platforms, blogs, and websites.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools, such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Exceptional creativity, innovation, and a passion for storytelling.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving industry dynamics.
• Strong collaboration skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
