This pivotal role demands a dynamic leader who will spearhead cross-functional teams, oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data & AI projects, and champion digital transformation initiatives that align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with exceptional leadership skills to transform data into actionable insights and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Project Oversight: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Data & AI programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise transformation strategies. Oversee project governance, risk management, timelines, and comprehensive reporting to stakeholders.
• Team Management & Collaboration: Build, mentor, and lead multidisciplinary teams comprising Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and Project Managers. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence to drive project success.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and government officials to ensure that Data & AI initiatives are strategically aligned and deliver measurable value. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on data-driven decision-making.
• Agile & Modern Delivery Practices: Champion Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and PMI-ACP frameworks, to enhance project agility, efficiency, and adaptability. Implement best practices in enterprise project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration, risk mitigation, and adherence to project objectives.
• Digital Transformation & Innovation: Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Data & AI technologies to optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and unlock new revenue streams.

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National and eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Data Delivery, AI Programs, or Digital Transformation, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Prior experience in Banking, Government, or Large Enterprise environments is highly desirable, particularly in managing initiatives for ministries or government leaders.
• Strong expertise in risk management, vendor management, and enterprise project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, PMI-ACP) and modern project delivery methodologies.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and excellent proficiency in English.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe Agile, and ITIL.
