As part of our bold vision to be the undisputed leader in travel services, we're seeking an Assistant Manager for Finance Planning & Analysis to transition our FP&A into a strategic hub supporting Almosafer's IPO readiness.

• Responsibilities:
• Lead the budgeting cycle, including preparation, top-down, and deep-dive phases.
• Build and maintain a centralized, dynamic three-statement model, ensuring it's fully driver-based and integrated with business plans.
• Manage official quarterly forecasting processes and establish clear timelines and templates for Finance Business Partners.
• Maintain a comprehensive, dynamic 5-year business plan, capable of running complex sensitivity and scenario analyses.
• Act as the technical lead for IPO due diligence, providing accurate financial data and reconciliations.
• Carry out detailed variance analysis and design a Monthly Performance Intelligence Package.
• Support the build of a centralized financial dataset and lead the digitalization of management reports via Tableau.

Profile Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance with a strong track record in complex financial modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with professional certifications (CFA, CMA, or CPA) highly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, integrated 3-statement models, Tableau, and ERP systems like SAP.
• Strategic mindset, comfortable pushing back on assumptions and aligning with Finance Business Partners.
• High-pressure performer with a strong focus on reporting accuracy under strict timelines.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex financial insights.
