By leveraging Forbes Marshall’s innovative steam and control solutions, you will identify optimization opportunities, reduce carbon footprints, and enhance energy conservation. Your contributions will directly support the Kingdom’s vision for a productive and environmentally responsible industrial future.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Apply in-depth expertise in steam boilers and steam systems to serve as a subject matter expert for all project stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of Forbes Marshall’s solutions.
• Project Identification: Proactively track and analyze upcoming industrial projects across major economic zones and developing regions in Saudi Arabia to identify opportunities for engagement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and collaborate with key consultants, contractors, and industry leaders to integrate Forbes Marshall’s steam and thermal energy solutions into project specifications from the design stage.
• Vendor Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of registering Forbes Marshall on approved vendor lists for regional consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
• Training and Development: Conduct professional training seminars and technical workshops to educate consultants and contractors on the latest engineering innovations and best practices.
• Industrial Benchmarking: Perform comprehensive benchmarking analyses to demonstrate the superior efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of Forbes Marshall’s solutions compared to standard market alternatives.
• Customer Strategy: Manage a strategic network of customers by conducting detailed onsite surveys to identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Technical Reporting: Develop high-quality technical reports that provide data-driven insights into system health, operational performance, and potential optimization strategies.
• Solution Proposal: Recommend tailored Forbes Marshall solutions that prioritize energy savings, productivity enhancement, and environmental impact reduction, aligning with modern industrial standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. or B.E.) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Power, Chemical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Registration: Must be registered (or eligible for registration) with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) or equivalent regulatory body.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical knowledge of steam systems, boilers, and industrial process optimization, with a proven ability to apply this expertise in practical settings.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders, deliver training, and produce technical documentation.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis, benchmarking, and reporting to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Field Experience: Prior experience in industrial projects, preferably within the energy, manufacturing, or process sectors, with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
