Key Responsibilities

The Senior Specialist - SDO will be responsible for a diverse range of strategic and analytical tasks designed to enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation, and support data-driven decision-making. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop, refine, and execute strategic plans, initiatives, and projects that drive the company’s growth and operational excellence. Ensure alignment with Qiddiya’s overarching vision and business goals.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry best practices to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends. Provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
• Reporting and Presentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and business cases that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and strategic proposals to senior management. Ensure that all materials are data-driven, visually compelling, and tailored to the audience’s needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, marketing, and development, to gather critical data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluate the outcomes of strategic projects. Facilitate seamless coordination to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Risk and Opportunity Management: Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities within strategic initiatives. Develop and recommend mitigation strategies to optimize business performance and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency across the organization. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in strategy development, business analysis, project management, or a closely related field. Experience within the entertainment, sports, or leisure industries is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough market research, analyze complex data sets, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to prepare compelling reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana) is a plus.
