Key Responsibilities

• Content Management & Publishing: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publication of engaging content across social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Content Calendar Development: Design and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar that integrates seamlessly with marketing initiatives and business goals.
• Collaborative Content Creation: Partner with designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders to produce visually appealing and impactful content, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
• Engaging Copywriting: Develop persuasive captions, social media posts, and digital content that resonate with target audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Audience Engagement & Community Management: Monitor and respond to audience interactions, including comments, messages, and mentions, in a timely and professional manner to foster meaningful connections.
• Campaign Support: Execute marketing campaigns through strategic content planning, ensuring timely delivery and maximum impact.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and enhance engagement.
• Trend Awareness & Adaptation: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold and enforce brand consistency across all digital channels, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable online presence.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related discipline.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Core Skills:
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing corporate social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including designers and marketers.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
  • Proficiency in using social media scheduling and management tools.
  • Familiarity with design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in analyzing social media performance metrics and engagement data.
  • Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising and digital marketing strategies.
