Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketplace Moderator for Professional Services in Riyadh to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our partner businesses to elevate their marketplace presence through high-quality visual content. Your responsibilities will include capturing professional-grade photographs of their establishments, ensuring alignment with Fresha’s branding standards, and optimizing their profiles to attract and engage potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication abilities, and the drive to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Coordination: Liaise with partner businesses to schedule and plan on-site photography sessions, accommodating their operational needs and availability to minimize disruptions.
• On-Site Photography: Travel to partner locations across Riyadh to capture visually compelling images that highlight the ambiance, services, facilities, and unique offerings of each business.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all captured images adhere to Fresha’s stringent branding guidelines and quality standards, maintaining consistency across partner profiles.
• Image Editing & Retouching: Perform post-processing tasks to refine images, including color correction, cropping, and retouching, to achieve a polished and professional aesthetic.
• Profile Management: Upload, categorize, and update images on partner profiles, monitoring their progress to ensure timely approval and publication.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear guidance to partners on photography best practices, set realistic expectations, and articulate the value of an enhanced marketplace presence to drive customer engagement.
• Administrative Oversight: Maintain meticulous records of visits, photography sessions, image uploads, and approvals for internal tracking and reporting purposes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to resolve any issues related to image quality, approvals, or profile updates, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to capture, edit, and select images that meet precise guidelines, with a focus on composition, lighting, and branding alignment.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with partners, convey expectations, and build collaborative relationships.
• Project Management: Proven capacity to manage multiple photography assignments simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Mobility & Logistics: Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, as the role requires frequent travel to partner locations within and around Riyadh.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with professional photography equipment (e.g., DSLR cameras, lighting setups) and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Adaptability & Initiative: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to accommodate partner schedules and accommodate urgent requests.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
