We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment Director to lead our investment research and coordinate the end-to-end investment process. This is a high-autonomy, research-intensive role that combines deep market knowledge with operational rigor.

• About Us: A Dubai-based investment firm managing a diversified portfolio across alternative strategies and select direct investments. We run a focused, research-driven process where analytical depth and independent judgment define capital deployment.
• The Role: You will work closely with senior leadership to enhance research capabilities, optimize portfolio operations, and drive analytical excellence across the investment division.
• Responsibilities:
  • Lead investment due diligence, sourcing, screening, and evaluating opportunities across strategies and geographies.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of performance, investment process, risk metrics, and team capabilities.
  • Coordinate the due diligence process, maintaining trackers and ensuring timely completion of regular updates.
  • Conduct macro research and market analysis, monitoring macroeconomic data, central bank policy, and geopolitical developments.
  • Distill actionable insights and periodic briefs for senior leadership.
• Required Qualifications:
  • 8 to 12 years of professional experience in investment management.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets and complex financial instruments.
  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field. Programming skills in Python.
  • Exceptional research and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects in multi-stakeholder investment environments.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg and industry-standard investment tools.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • CFA, CAIA, or equivalent professional certifications.
  • Additional programming skills (R, SQL, etc.).
  • Experience with emerging markets.
  • Proven portfolio management track record.
• Compensation: Up to USD $260,000 per annum + Monthly performance bonus + Comprehensive benefits
