  • Monitor and evaluate operational, commercial, and guest experience metrics across venues and events, providing timely and accurate reporting to leadership stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing operator performance reports, compliance assessments, and governance tracking to ensure adherence to regulatory and operational standards.
  • Support the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and operational improvement initiatives to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of operational and financial data across systems and reporting platforms through rigorous validation and maintenance processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and performance summaries tailored to diverse leadership audiences, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to risk management initiatives, compliance reporting, and audit preparation activities to uphold organisational standards and mitigate potential risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts, including reporting automation and systems optimisation, to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including venue operations, finance, commercial, and asset management, to foster integrated and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, operational reporting, business intelligence, or a closely related analytical field.
