Phlebotomist - Home Health Care

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Phlebotomist to join our Home Health Care team. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related healthcare discipline, and be registered with the SCFHS with an active professional classification.

Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience, demonstrating proficiency in venipuncture and specimen collection. Previous experience in Home Health Care is highly preferred, as the role requires providing patient-centered care in home settings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, manage daily home visits efficiently, and maintain accurate documentation. A strong understanding of infection prevention and control standards, specimen handling, and transportation protocols is also required.
