As a vertical-focused commercial leader, you'll drive revenue growth by acquiring and developing new business opportunities across the MENA region. Your mission is to own the full sales cycle, from acquisition to close, and position Shufti Pro as the trusted identity-verification and compliance partner for banks, fintechs, and regulated businesses in the Gulf and wider Middle East.

This full-cycle, high-ownership role within our Gaming / iGaming division requires you to:

• Generate your own pipeline and close new business.
• Grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell.
• Build strategic partnerships.

You'll focus on the Gaming / Forex / Crypto / Fintech vertical in the MENA region, with a target of achieving and exceeding quarterly new ARR targets. This role demands a proactive approach to pipeline generation, with a structured outbound strategy targeting key decision-makers in the US and LATAM.

As a Shufti Pro representative, you'll attend vertical trade conferences, navigate multi-stakeholder deals, and clearly articulate the regulatory and business case for IDV adoption in your vertical, with specific reference to MENA regulatory frameworks. You'll also manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, reduce churn risk, and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets.

Additionally, you'll identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of partner-sourced leads, and structure referral and co-sell agreements.
