Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketplace Moderator to join our Professional Services Team in Riyadh. This critical role involves collaborating with our partner businesses to capture high-quality, visually compelling images that elevate their marketplace profiles. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing photography sessions, ensuring alignment with partner schedules, and delivering images that meet Fresha’s stringent quality and branding standards. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, independent work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Coordination: Collaborate closely with partner businesses to schedule and plan photography sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations while meeting Fresha’s requirements.
• On-Site Photography: Travel to partner locations across Riyadh to capture high-resolution images that showcase the ambiance, services, facilities, and unique attributes of each business.
• Image Quality Assurance: Ensure all captured images adhere to Fresha’s branding guidelines and meet the highest standards for marketplace presentation.
• Image Editing and Retouching: Edit and retouch images as necessary to achieve a polished, professional appearance that enhances partner profiles.
• Profile Management: Upload, categorize, and update images on partner profiles, ensuring they are approved and published in a timely manner.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear guidance to partners on photography best practices, set expectations, and articulate the benefits of optimized marketplace profiles to drive engagement and revenue.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of visits, sessions, and image uploads for internal tracking, reporting, and compliance purposes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to resolve issues related to image quality, approvals, and profile updates.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to capture, edit, and select images that meet specific guidelines and branding requirements.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Project Management: Proven capability to manage multiple photography sessions and partner engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Mobility: A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, as the role requires frequent travel to partner locations across Riyadh.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with professional photography equipment and editing software to produce high-quality images.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to accommodate partner schedules and urgent requests.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and take initiative to achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment.
