Join Our Major Client in Riyadh, KSA as a Finance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to support our major client based in Riyadh, KSA. This is a 6-month contract with potential extension.

Job Location: Riyadh, KSA

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in finance management
• Proven hands-on experience in KSA public sector budgeting and accounting, preferably with SOCPA or CPA
• Able to analyze KSA governmental budgets, reconcile budget breakdowns across different GFS codes, support value-for-money analysis by linking spending to outputs, efficiency, outcomes, and public value
• Ensure compliance with public-sector accounting requirements, government financial policies, internal controls, and applicable accounting standards
