Sales Associate - Rentokil Boecker®

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining client relationships by effectively prospecting, presenting, and negotiating for Rentokil Boecker® services and products. This dynamic role involves implementing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, and delivering professional presentations to potential and existing clients.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets, goals, renewals, and profitability.
• Prospect the market to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of Rentokil Boecker® services for health, property, and the environment.
• Survey premises to estimate technical requirements and pricing when needed.
• Develop offers for target clients using various marketing tools and enhance client relationships through regular courtesy calls and visits.
• Handle client requests, educate them on processes, and prepare detailed offers.
• Manage contract renewals and communicate sales and renewals to the Operations Department.
• Accurately maintain client data on Rentokil Boecker® systems and document weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Participate in events and exhibitions to promote company services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in relevant markets.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Strong reporting and monitoring skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
