Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or professional certification such as CMA or CPA is highly preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in financial planning and analysis, strategic decision-making, and team leadership.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and risk management. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and financial software systems is essential.
