KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Reliability & CBM Head to drive equipment reliability and plant availability while optimizing maintenance costs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in maintenance and reliability engineering.

• Provide technical leadership to oversee 'Root Cause Failure Analysis' and ensure actionable recommendations.
• Develop and manage maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize costs.
• Lead feasibility studies to justify investments in new equipment or technology.
• Oversee technical activities to ensure minimal plant downtime.
• Implement predictive maintenance strategies to optimize plant performance.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in refinery or petrochemical reliability. Proficiency in English, SAP, and process operations is required. Strong technical understanding in maintenance planning, reliability management, root cause analysis, FMEA & RCM, cost benefit analysis, quality management, people management, and HSE is essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills are also required.
