Production Specialist - Marketing Department

We are seeking a dynamic Production Specialist to oversee the end-to-end production of branded materials, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to brand guidelines across all physical brand assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the production lifecycle of branded materials, from initial briefing to final delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers, production houses, printing vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Review and approve production samples before mass production to maintain quality standards
• Monitor production schedules, deliveries, and supplier performance to ensure project timelines are met
• Support the execution of events, exhibitions, and brand activations
• Maintain production documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in production management, print production, brand execution, marketing production, or related fields
• Proven experience working with suppliers, printing houses, and production vendors
• Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and quality control
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience supporting events, exhibitions, or physical brand activations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Design Management, or a related field
