Your Impact: Transforming the Chemicals Industry

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep understanding of the chemicals sector to deliver strategic expertise in maintenance, reliability, and operations for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass building and sustaining capabilities in delivery and execution, ensuring that our recommendations translate into measurable, long-term results. You will work closely with clients to analyze challenges, develop bespoke solutions, and embed systems and processes that drive operational excellence.

Your work will span the entire client engagement lifecycle—from initial business development to post-project relationship management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate unique insights, support the development of proprietary knowledge assets, and contribute to the global Energy and Materials practice. Based in our Riyadh office, you will serve as a key member of the Saudi Client Capabilities Hub, supporting clients across the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EEMA) region.

As part of our global Client Capabilities Network—a team of nearly 4,000 specialists—you will have access to a vast repository of industry expertise and innovative tools. This network is dedicated to delivering distinctive client impact through specialized assets and a culture of continuous innovation, positioning you at the forefront of industry advancements.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, or petroleum engineering.
