Supply Chain & Logistics Executive and Business Analytics Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Supply Chain & Logistics Executive and Business Analytics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is tailored for professionals with 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations who are passionate about driving operational excellence while leveraging data-driven insights to enhance business decision-making. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end logistics operations, optimizing supply chain performance, and delivering actionable business intelligence through advanced analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain & Logistics Management: Coordinate and oversee the full spectrum of supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring seamless execution from procurement to distribution.
• Shipment & Inventory Oversight: Manage shipments, inventory levels, warehousing, and distribution activities to maintain optimal stock availability and minimize disruptions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners to facilitate timely and cost-effective deliveries while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key supply chain KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement strategic improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service levels.
• Data-Driven Decision Support: Analyze sales, inventory, procurement, and logistics data to generate actionable insights that inform business strategies, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Reporting & Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain comprehensive operational and business performance reports, as well as interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, to present data-driven insights to management.
• Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure all supply chain and logistics activities comply with company policies and UAE regulatory standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align supply chain strategies with broader business objectives and drive cohesive organizational success.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with a proven track record in business analytics, reporting, or data analysis.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent platforms.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
• Organizational & Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams and stakeholders.

Language Proficiency

Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in French is strongly preferred, while Arabic language skills are considered an additional advantage.
