Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Time Holistic Therapist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a professional with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in holistic therapy, specializing in muscle pain relief and a diverse range of massage modalities. The successful candidate will provide exceptional in-home or mobile therapeutic services, delivering personalized treatments to clients in the comfort of their own spaces. Key Responsibilities

• Client-Centered Therapy: Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical conditions, identifying areas of tension, discomfort, or muscle pain to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Expert Massage Modalities: Apply advanced techniques across a variety of massage modalities, including but not limited to deep tissue, Swedish, sports, aromatherapy, and myofascial release, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Pain Management & Relief: Utilize holistic approaches to alleviate chronic muscle pain, stiffness, and stress, promoting long-term wellness and mobility for clients.
• Mobile & Home-Based Services: Travel to clients’ residences or designated locations in Riyadh to provide professional, discreet, and convenient therapy sessions, adhering to punctuality and professionalism at all times.
• Client Education & Wellness Advocacy: Educate clients on self-care practices, stretching techniques, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance the benefits of therapy and support overall well-being.
• Professional Standards & Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and ethical conduct in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices. Ensure all equipment and materials used are sanitized and compliant with health guidelines.
• Record Keeping & Communication: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and feedback to ensure continuity of care and effective follow-up sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of five years of professional experience in holistic therapy, with a proven track record in treating muscle pain and applying diverse massage techniques.
• Certifications: Valid and recognized certifications in holistic therapy, massage therapy, or related fields. Additional certifications in specialized modalities are highly advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with booking and scheduling software, as well as mobile service management tools, to streamline client appointments and session logistics.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to travel to multiple client locations daily, carrying necessary equipment while maintaining energy and focus throughout sessions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust, understand client needs, and deliver a compassionate, professional experience.
