Position Overview

Join Nestlé Waters KSA as an Operator at the Almanhal Water Factory, located in Riyadh Industrial City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing machine tending operations within a dynamic production environment. Your expertise will ensure the seamless functioning of machinery, adherence to quality standards, and the efficient delivery of products. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured, process-driven environment and are committed to maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Verification: Accurately verify the quantities of raw and packaging materials received from the warehouse, aligning them with production orders to prevent breakdowns or delays in the manufacturing process.
• Machine Performance Monitoring: Conduct rigorous testing procedures to ensure that all machinery operates at optimal levels throughout production cycles, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Learn, adhere to, and implement the established SOPs for the production line to maintain consistency, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Equipment Oversight: Continuously monitor line equipment and operational parameters, promptly identifying and reporting any abnormalities or faults to mitigate potential disruptions.
• Shift Reviews: Actively participate in or lead shift operational reviews to evaluate performance metrics, discuss achievements, and address operational challenges collaboratively with the team.
• Quality Assurance: Verify critical production details such as the production date and batch numbers printed on bottles to ensure traceability and compliance with quality standards.
• Water Quality Management: Perform sampling and analysis of water treatment processes using designated tools and equipment to confirm that treatment results meet stringent quality and safety requirements.
• Documentation and Maintenance: Maintain precise and up-to-date logs of all operational activities. Additionally, execute preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment to uphold machinery reliability and longevity.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong technical aptitude and a commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in a production environment, familiarity with machinery operation and maintenance, and a keen eye for quality control. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a dedication to adhering to safety and compliance protocols are essential. Prior experience in the food and beverage industry or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
